Anyway , let me tell you about my trip to batam....
Day 1(10 NOVEMBER, 2007):
MORNING: woke up at about 7am++.....i was so groggy cause i slept at 11plus the previous night. i packed my things. LOLS . and i was just too excited. anyways, after showering and changing, my bros went for their bath. i was in my room, packing things in my bag and making sure i had a list. What did i keep inside my bag?
1) my hp and charger(very important)
2) mp4 and earpiece(very important t0o)
3) .....my wallet
4) storybook
and i think dhats about it. (: so anyway, after getting my jacket and packing my things, went downstairs and had my breakfast. but the cereal was very soggy. so i really didnt eat it that much. lols.
after a long wait, my whole family was ready and we got to the car. we packed everything at the back, and i sat with my bros at the front. then when my uncle(uncle ridwan) and his wife (aunty ina) came, i sat with them and my bros 'migrated' to the back . HURhurs. the drive to harbour front was LONG . but i listened to my music along dhe way and it really melted the time!
By the time we reached HF(harbour front), it was about 8.30am. we met my dad's friend who was following us, waiting at a coffee shop. then we went together to the passport place there and waited for our parent's to finish.....then, we met my uncle with my two cousins, anis and aadil. ALYAA was so cute ! her hair was frizzy and she was in her pyjamas, so friggin cute seh!
then my aunty wanted to buy some clinic things so she invited me to follow. in the end, my bro followed to(younger). so then, we went downstairs, but dhun haf....all closed. so we went back to the 2nd level(where the rest were waiting) and we saw UNITY at the wayyyy inside. so we went inside, and my aunt bought some earplugs thingys and stuffs like that. i bought TIC~TACS & plasters ! (: but i used my own money expect for the plasters(box)
Then, we went back to the 'meeting' point and all of them were ready. Finally, we were able to go inside. it was a LONG2 way inside. but it was thrilling ! lols.
FINALLY, we reached the inside place. infront of us, the view was the ferries. so we had to wait. and there was so many people ! so i just sat down in a corner and read my book while sms-ing amirah. finally they called my ferry name. it was SEA-RIDER II . so we went inside the ferry. i didnt noe where to sit at first ! it was so freaking cold sehh! i was lyk dying of coldness! LOLS .
but anyway, i sat beside anis. arrangement:
WINDOW . AADIL . SAFFWAN . ANIS . ME .
so yarhs. it was fun sitting beside anis cause he cRacked jokes ! and p.s, it was his FIRST time riding a ferry ! and i was glad i got to share it with him & his bro ! lols . while waiting for the ferry to move, i read my book, but upon reading two pages, i got dizzy cause the ferry was like shaking. so in the end, i played games with my hp && i listened to my mp4. i only listened to my mp4 when the ride started, cause b4 that aadil , anis and saffwan was using it while i play my hp.
The ride was a very nice one ! when it was coming to an end, me, my mum, saffwan, anis and aadil went to the opened back(back of the ferry) . there, it was opened area . the wind was like so cold & the sea was so nice & refreshing(some~how). it was all so NATURAL ! we stayed for like 5minutes, then we went back inside. after sitting in the ferry for sometime, we finally arrived at our destination. WaterFront City.
so anyway, after checking out and stuff like that, we went to catch a shuttle bus to our resort, Holiday Inn. I expected it to be very long, but it was so short ! about 5minutes or Less? but the resort was nice ! the theme colour? GREEN ! the other resort, HARRIS , was ORANGE (: but anyway, it was like 10.00am and we talked to the person....but they said they will onli allow us to check~in at 2pm. so the adults decided to eat and go shopping awhile first.
And so we did. firstly, my uncle checked n said that we had to pay alot to rent a van. so he called up his friend, but his friend was somewhere really far. so we called up my mum's friend, uncle toni and he was near & free ! so he said by 11am (at least) he'd come and fetch us with a 13 seater van. which was m0re than enough for us! so anyway, while waiting, the guys played billiard. andand we just followed arhs.
there was three games there. so i played one of the game. sorta like arcade game ! which was fun! (: then i took pictures, then my mum, aunt and younger br0 decided to go down. so i followed them. then they went to the nearest restaurant for light snacks cause my br0 was like complaining he was hungry. ATE delicious food. examples?
1) tuna sandwich
2) twisted fries
3) french fries
yummy! and more lah but i canot remember. then we invited my dad's friend cause he didn't play billiard/po0l....so then he joined us and we ate. nice food. then i went up and told the guys uncle toni come ready. so they went down and they freaked out cause we ate and they didnt get to ! WE WERE ALL HUNGRY !
so anyway, at about 11amplus, uncle toni fetched us and we went to this new mall, Nagoya Hill. we ate opposite it. nasi padang. and i regret not eating. why? cause the fo0d was nice but i was just too full!
& the ice kacang i ordered was yuck! lols. anyway, after that, we planned to go shopping for awhile, then play go-kart then go back to the hotel. by then would be 2pm.
so yarhs , me and my cousins + brothers played bumper car ! which was FUN seh ! i knocked them out . okay thats not really True . 50/50 lahrs! k im lame.
so anyway we just walked around nagoya hill mall for the rest of the morning + noon .
AFTERNOON/NIGHT: went to go-kart. had to sit behind with anis && aadil. which was a horse ride . ! lols . k im nuts . but it was FUN sitting with them. they were like 'fighting' with each other over a toy! i felt like a small girl again ! wootS ! reached go-kart decided to play since only 10minutes .
so i did ! and i got freakingly wet ! and my 'car' wouldnt work after some time, so after everybody finish, dhen i go. which doesnt rock if u tell me !
after go-karting, we went to the resort back. there, it was like 3.30pm and we still didnt get our ro0mm. and they insisted that we have separate blocks . u get it ? i mean like, there's 6 blocks of hotel rooms. anyway, FINALLY we managed to get ours ! block 3.....
and OURS was a double suite ! really nice ! two bedrooms, one living room, two toilets! so nice seh ! i slept in one room with my younger brother. two separate beds. my older brother slept with my cousins and my dad's friend in one double suite and my aunty and uncle together.
it took a realy long time for my jeans to dry up! i prayed,took a shower and dried my pants ! and the stupid hair-dryer wouldnt work on its own. i had to press on it. tired much !
then, i watched some tv, looked at the balcony, go to each other's rooms , played passing of the rugby ball with my brother in our room, dhen finally we went out again. this time, the aduLts went to the spa and the children went To the mall again. this time, uncle toni & his brother accompanied us. after sending the adults at about 4plus, we went to the mall. my dad's friend went for reflexoligy(duno0 spelling) and we all just walked around the mall. most of our time was spent at the arcade !
(: got a really nice LOVE key-chain! anis got one too! andand guess what ?
I BOUGHT SKINNY JEANS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was like so happy && still am! THANKYOU times a million!
anyway, their black ! (: kk so then at about 8plus, we fetched the aduLts and went out for dinner. at this place called Golden Prawn. there, ate many delicacies ! some are,
- black pepper crab
- prawns
- sotongs
- nasi goreng
- urrrrr its sorta like shells?
&& much2 more ! (: so freaking full! went back to the resort about 11plus. my whole mouth area was like burning ! so hot sehh . dhen slept in dhe van otw to the resort. the boys were like slapping each other and i got so pissed ! so noisy sehh dhey all ! couldnt sleep and i felt sick !
DAY 2(11 NOVEMBER 2007)
MORNING:
woke up , and felt rejuvinated. after washing my face && stuff like that, watched TV
for awhile, dhen went out for breakfast. breakfast had many dishes too:
- waffles with maple syrup & chocolate & honey
- toasted bread
- apple juice
- croissant( spelling dhun0 )
&& much2 more !
so anw, me & aunty ina we swimmed for about awhile . and it was nice ! really didn't get into the po0l since a long2 time cause of my psle. but really, it was really nice and cooling !
then, i went up, showered then we went out again. this time, the guys went go-karting and me, aunty ina, my mum and my younger brother went shopping. first, we went to the market. sorta like 'lelong'. my brother bought a watch & me and my mum bought passport covers. i bought a LOUIS VUITTON! immitation yet very nice ! (: sooooooooooooooo super happy with it ! THENTHEN, my mum and aunty spent a really long time at this shop buying crackers and stuff like that ! shoots.
k then we went to nagoya hill again ! walked around, my mum bought bags for my two little cousins back @ singapore, bout 2 shirts for my two cousins os0, dhen bought one for me (: yay. it's white and so matching with my s.j! yay !
anyway, then we just bought some water .... lols ! anyway, at about 2plus, we went back to the resort. the guys were waiting for us at the lobby. packed some of my things, then we went off to the ferry terminal , which wasnt far !
and guess what? something that wouldn't EVER happen in singapore happened !
there was a huge blackout. seriously. and they were all like so normal, like nth happen ! so funny sehh ! bought ice-cream and just waited outside POLO while my mum & some of dhem went shopping @ polo. saw this really nice black tee but it was too ex ! hais.....next time !
but something funny happened ! the escalator was like not moving, and this was how the conversation between my dad & uncle went:
Dad: cannot go up right? escalator cannot work, then leceh want to go up
uncle: no lah, the escalator is auto !
Dad: no lah, dhun nonsense !
uncle : wanna bet?
Dad: sure....
and they both ran from one side of the terminal to go to the escalator . & my uncle was right. it WAS an auto escalator....auto as in i mean only when you step on it then it moves, if not it doesnt....
thenthen, the word of the day:
Uncle : hai....typical singaporean !
so funni seh ! (: they kept using the word of the day. but my dad's friend had left earlier cause of things at home ! (: but it was dang funny !
then we went up to eat, but the cafe wasnt opened ! close ready. we were too late ! hais....so we just drank water ! still, i was hungry !
then, went to the ferry, sit at the top! nice sehh.....sat with my aunt. listened to some music, then just used the ear-plugs she gave me which werked ! they were good sehh, could barely hear a thang ! then, after about 45minutes oF the ride , me and my aunty went out to the open (as usual). this time we stayed really long. I COULD SEE SINGAPORE !
and i learnt the history of singapore. the waves looked like clouds . soooo natural, as i said b4 ! but seriously very nice and cooling. saw all the PULAUS in singap0re....hais, thats one thing i'll miss in my trip ! the view....so friggin' nice seh !
anyway, after we arrived in singapore at about 6plus, we went out and saw my uncle. he fetched dhe two boys. then me & my family + my uncle & aunty went back home. we waNted to eat, so we ate at Lau Pasat ! yummy! the prawns were HUGE , unlike in batam ! (: sooooo delicious, especially the chicken ! so nice seh !
my cousin works there, so he said that my cousin~in~law was going to give birth in two or three days time . and she already did yesterday! baby girl! whippee ~ ! anotheR gaL..........! then at about 9pm, reached home ! thenthen, changed my clothes, unpacked my things, hanged my s.j and all my stuff !
thenthen FINALLY i got to sleep ! yipee !
school? hectic ! siti didnt come for the whole week and tomorrow's the real thang ! but yesterday cca had party ! pizza yipee ~ ! dhen today (just now) had another class party. merged with 6g! yay !
haha. overall, my whole week was fun ! but all good things come to an end , right? so just now, we had a farewell concert for my principal. and HE SANG! i was like, "omg!" (: saw old pictures of him, even got to see his wife on a video ! i was on dhe video too. malu much ! haha .
dhendhen, i guess that's it larhs. (I GUESS) . hmmm, other than that i'll just update more yarsh? just now stayed-back for awhile to visit my friends who were their last days at sko0l. zafirah was one ! hugged her so friggin tightly sehh ! and she was like gona cry . ok she did . (: so cute lah sHe. we planning to meet this monday. hopefully i can go ! miss dhem all shoo much larhs !
yesterday oso had full~dress rehearsals ! pretty much ! haha (:
anw, my dad's leaving for overseas trip(as usual) this sat. gonna mis him shoo much larhs ! :(
**got to buy for my cousin's there something ! but waht? GOT NO MONEY lah**
andand oso, on monday nite miRa slept my house and then on tues, we made s0me songs, ate mcdonalds, then played bike outside !
got so friggin' injured ! URHGS . at the dustbin samore ! what else? oohh, below a bike , urhhs, a piLLar?
seriously ! god so pain lahrs ! but it was fun! (:
so i guess that's it. will upload ALL the fotos VERY,VERY soon kays? wish me luck for tomorrow's performance !!!! so nervous!
